Heathrow Terminal 1

SkyShuttle has a desk at terminal 1. Passengers are asked to check in at the desk when they have cleared customs. Once you have checked in a uniformed members of the SkyShuttle team will escort you to your shuttle when it arrives. You can find our desks with the directions and map below.

International Arrivals
As you come out of arrivals, bear right and then carry straight on down the terminal building. Continue past WH Smith, Airport Information, and Hotel Reservations. The SkyShuttle desk is the next desk.

UK Arrivals
As you come out of arrivals, carry straight forward and take the escalator or lift down one level. At the bottom of the escalator, turn right and the SkyShuttle desk is the first desk on the right.

Departures
The SkyShuttle shuttle will drop you off directly outside the departures area.

Other services in Terminal 1 include toilets, luggage trolleys, pay phones, currency exchange and left luggage. In the arrivals area, there is also a newspaper shop and food and drink.
