Heathrow Terminal 4

SkyShuttle has a desk at terminal 4. Passengers are asked to check in at the desk when they have cleared customs. Once you have checked in a uniformed members of the SkyShuttle team will escort you to your shuttle when it arrives. You can find our desks with the directions and map below.

Arrivals
As you come out of arrivals, you will see the Travelex desk straight ahead. Follow the walkway round to the right for approximately 10 meters. The SkyShuttle desk is situated on the left at the end of the walkway between Enterprise and Bureau de Change. At the end of the walkway you will find Starbucks. The SkyShuttle desk is directly opposite Starbucks.

Departures
The SkyShuttle shuttle will drop you off close to the lifts to the departure area.

Other services in Terminal 4 include toilets, luggage trolleys, pay phones, currency exchange and left luggage. In the arrivals area, there is also a newspaper shop and food and drink.
