Heathrow Terminal 5

SkyShuttle has a desk at terminal 5. Passengers are asked to check in at the desk when they have cleared customs. Once you have checked in a uniformed members of the SkyShuttle team will escort you to your shuttle when it arrives. You can find our desks with the directions and map below.

International Arrivals
As you come out of arrivals, turn right and go straight on past Travelex and hotel reservations. The SkyShuttle desk is then next to the car rental information area.

UK Arrivals
Coming out of arrivals go straight forward and carry on past baggage storage, M&S food, the toilets, and WH Smith. Our desk is on the left, next to airport information. This is only about a 20 second walk.

Departures
The SkyShuttle shuttle will drop you off directly outside the lifts to the departures area.

Other services in Terminal 5 include toilets, luggage trolleys, pay phones, currency exchange and left luggage. In the arrivals area, there is also a newspaper shop and food and drink.
