Everything about the SkyShuttle service is designed to make your transfers between the airport and London as simple as possible.

If you're inbound:
 
bullet Check in at our desk in the Arrivals Hall. SkyShuttle has staff in every terminal ready to help you with your transfer from Heathrow. If you have pre-booked and your flight is delayed (or arrives early), our real-time flight data will alert us and your reservation will be unaffected.
bullet All pre-booked customers are guaranteed a place. We aim to have you on your way within 30 minutes of checking in for your SkyShuttle service.
bullet When your shuttle arrives, we will escort you and help you with your luggage. Then you can sit back and relax on our door to door service.
